IMASS Corporate History and Background
IMASS, INC, incorporated in 1968, is a specialist in world-wide
marketing of high quality instruments for the materials testing
field. While its post office box is in Accord MA, its Office/Demo
Center is located in Marshfield MA, about 30 miles southeast
of Boston.
Since 1973, IMASS has been closely affiliated with Instrumentors,
inc. which is located in Strongsville OH near Cleveland. Instrumentors
designs and manufactures testing instruments and systems that
make up much of the IMASS product line.
Since 1989, IMASS and Instrumentors have had common ownership,
and function virtually as divisions of the same company. For
